Generally, concrete in a structure, cures at a much faster rate than concrete in a test cube. This is due to the much larger mass of the structure, and better hydration which aids curing. "When determining the early-age strength of cast-in-place concrete, reliance on test cubes can lead to problems!".
Con-cure Corporation, USA has developed a very innovative set of "Re-usable" sensors and maturity meters using which the Contractors or Construction Companies could now know the curing strengths from various portions of the concrete pour on a "Live" basis through our Wireless Zone Cure systems. We have been very successful in introducing these products in India for the first time and in a cost consious construction industry it may prove very beneficial, since construction process could be speeded up, safety and quality could be drastically improved at site. Casting yards where pre cast RCC segments are being casted, where these ZoneCure sensors if implemented could fetch immediate returns as the cycle time will be improved drastically!
Our Company could even help those Contracting Companies in implementing these systems in their construction sites as we have a set of sensors and devices using which we could as well show how beneficial these systems would be. We even solicit inquiries for taking up assignments even on "contract basis" till the completionof the project. Do call us to seek a quote from us. ,
We represent Con-Cure Corporation, the manufacturer of the ZoneCure Maturity Systems in the Asian & Australian sub continent also. We are proud of meeting your requirements through our Singapore associate office.

The rate at which the mass concrete (poured concrete at the construction site) cures is much faster than the rate at which the 'site casted' cube / cylinder cures! Advanced research findings has proved that it has many benefits for the construction industry. The method of estimating the concrete strengtth by knowing the temperature of the curing concrete is called "Maturity Method". "ZoneCure Wireless Maturity System" has many advantages over the conventional systems available in the market as it offers a complete data of tempreature histories over the curing cycle of poured concrete and all the accessories are "re-usable". ZoneCure Maturity System adheres to ASTM C 1074 standards and will be most useful and beneficial instrument for the contractors and construction companies as it could save millions of rupees / dollars by reducing the cycle time, optimising the mix for the project, and drastic reduction in inventoroies!
Benefits:
Post-Tensioned Structures / Precasting industries:
The biggest economic savings of maturity testing for a contractor is realized in post tensioned structures / precasting industries as ZoneCure system could estimate and provide the strength achieved by the concrete poured which could be used how much sooner the forms could be stripped or post-tensioning can begin.Findings has shown that contractors could save at least one days wait for each pour.
Test cubes /cylinders have been used for decades as the benchmark of the compressive strength of concrete. In fact, test cylinders remain the most widely used barometer of concrete strength. And while test cylinders will always have a place in constructing the worlds structures, maturity testing provides new and critical information about the status of the concrete that is actually in the structure.
Tunnel and Jump Forms
Con-Cure is allowing one contractor in St. Louis to strip tunnel forms within 7 hours of end of finishing operations using immediate reshoring technique.
Con-Cure is allowing one contractor in California to speed construction of new suspension bridge north of San Francisco by confirming in-place strength.
Very difficult working conditions at both sites make taking cylinders virtually impossible.
ZoneCure Maturity Systems (ASTM C 1074) to know the early age strength of poured concrete right from the pour site:
Measurements can be transferred to a printer or to a PC for detailed analysis and evaluation.
